A lot of shops either won't touch aftermarket work or will install anything without telling you what the tradeoffs are. We do neither. At Tiger Garage on Witherspoon Street, we'll tell you upfront whether a modification is going to improve how your car drives, cause problems down the road, or void something you'd rather keep intact. You decide from there.

We've done installation work on aftermarket suspension components, brake upgrades, exhaust systems, and other bolt-on modifications across the European and Asian makes we specialize in. We know the common fitment issues, what hardware needs to come along with the part, and where things go wrong when a modification isn't installed correctly. That experience matters more than it sounds.

We're also willing to work with parts you source yourself. One customer brought in a junkyard transmission rather than pay for a rebuild, and Troy installed it. The car drove fine and the customer kept money in his pocket. That's the kind of flexibility you don't usually get at a chain shop or a dealership. If the part is quality and the job makes sense, we'll talk it through with you.

Not every modification is worth doing, and we'll say so if that's the case. A performance intake on a daily driver that sees highway commutes and Princeton parking lots might not give you anything noticeable. A brake upgrade on a car that gets tracked on weekends is a different story. We'd rather give you the honest picture and earn your trust than take your money on something that won't deliver.
