Flat tires don't care about your schedule. A customer once pulled into our Witherspoon Street shop with only 8 psi left after running over a large nail on her way to work. Troy had the flat repaired quickly and walked her through every step as he worked. The nail had punched a clean hole through the tread, and a proper plug-and-seal fixed it for good. That repair should last the life of the tire.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every flat repair: if the damage is in the tread and the tire is otherwise sound, we fix it. We don't sell you a new tire you don't need. If the damage is too close to the sidewall or the tire is too worn to repair safely, we'll tell you that and explain why, and then let you decide how to proceed.

Regular tire rotation is one of the lowest-cost things you can do to extend the life of your tires. On front-wheel-drive vehicles, the front tires carry both steering and power, so they wear faster. Rotating every 5,000 to 7,500 miles keeps wear balanced across all four corners and adds real miles to your tire life. When we rotate your tires, we also look at the wear pattern. Uneven wear on the edges or in the center can point to inflation problems, and wear that's heavier on one side often means an alignment or suspension issue worth looking at. We'll flag anything we notice and let you know whether it needs attention now or can wait.
